We would like to introduce the stabilization of material composition in our casting process known as "wire spheroidization treatment." When molten metal is received from the electric furnace into the ladle, the weight and temperature are input into the control computer, allowing for the subsequent addition of wire-shaped material while considering the target temperature and weight. At that time, the wire is mechanically controlled and fed from a dedicated feeder, which eliminates variations between production batches and human-induced variations, resulting in stable quality.
